Cambridge Cognition presents meta-analysis on cognitive impairment in depression at British Neuroscience Association's Festival of Neuroscience

Cognitive impairment is frequently observed in patients with mood disorder, affecting around two-thirds of patients with depression and predicting poor response to treatment. We investigated whether cognitive impairment should be considered a core feature of depression that may be a valuable target for future pharmacological treatments.
